Psychomotor Therapy

What is psychomotricity?
Psychomotricity, or psychomotor therapy, is a therapeutic approach that supports the global development of the individual by addressing the links between movement, emotions, perception, cognition, and relationships with others.
It helps children to better understand and use their bodies, regulate their emotions, develop their coordination, and gain confidence in their daily interactions.
